1. Acceptance of these terms
By using ra3.tech you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What RA3 is
RA3 is a baseball-prediction and education project. It publishes model predictions, a daily analysis, lessons, and a public track record. Everything we publish is for information and entertainment.
3. Not betting advice, no guarantees
Our predictions are statistical estimates, not betting advice, financial advice, or a promise of any outcome. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any decision you make based on RA3 is your own responsibility.
4. Eligibility and local law
You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you live, including the minimum legal age and any rules about sports betting. Do not use RA3 for any purpose that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no large-scale scraping, no attempts to break or overload the service, no copying our content to pass it off as your own, and no unlawful use.
6. Intellectual property
The RA3 name, the model, the written content, and the design are ours. You may share links and short quotes with credit, but you may not republish the content wholesale without permission.
7. Voluntary donations
RA3 is a free baseball academy, and its daily analysis is free for everyone. An optional voluntary donation of $10 helps cover the servers and data the model runs on, and stronger paid servers let it analyze more games each day. It is not a subscription or a membership: give once or monthly and stop at any time.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, RA3 is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its predictions.
9. Not affiliated with MLB
RA3 is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball or any team.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
